Tḩaw̋f Ǐër Vǖy (/θɒ̋f/ /ɪ̌ɜː/ [fake] [temper]) is a subtropical Town located in the Qovuhese Provence of the Kingdom of Hobben.

The name Tḩaw̋f Ǐër Vǖy is derived from the Goblin language, as Tḩaw̋f Ǐër Vǖy was founded by Olwenda, who was culturaly Hobgoblin.

Climate

Overview

Tḩaw̋f Ǐër Vǖy was founded durring the early 12th century in winter of the year 1124, by Olwenda. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Tḩaw̋f Ǐër Vǖy was built using the conventions of Hobgoblin durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Tḩaw̋f Ǐër Vǖy is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Tḩaw̋f Ǐër Vǖy is buildings have been located at convienant points along the pond Tḩaw̋f Ǐër Vǖy was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the narrow cobblestone streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's frontieer-style defences have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

Right off the bat Tḩaw̋f Ǐër Vǖy hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. The influx of wealth has brought with it an influx of relaxation. Everywhere you look people are enjoying their prosperity in a slow, casual, and deliberate manner. There’s no rush for anything anywhere you look.

Religious leaders are influential in almost any community, but in Tḩaw̋f Ǐër Vǖy they make up the final authorities. It may be an explicit theocracy, with rule by the clerics of a particular faith, or a temple might be so important and powerful that the official leaders are helpless to resist its will. Tḩaw̋f Ǐër Vǖy's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves line dance to channel Enchantment energies of tier 2 via recitation of scripture.

The locals often repair the road by putting down wooden decking.
